Supported email clients

NOTE: IMAP must be enabled in order for us to connect to your email account(s)

 

Please check the list of supported email clients below to ensure that the one you are using is compatible with the WESS and the Workbooks Outlook Add-in.

While software versions that are at the end of mainstream support are not listed, they may well continue to work with the WESS. We do recommend you maintain supported versions of software to ensure reliability across your solution. If you are using older versions of software and experience issues, we will endeavour to support you, however the ageing technologies may limit our ability to do so.

NOTE: Your Exchange Server must have the IMAP tagging functionality as this is used to categorise Emails, Contacts, and Meetings, that in turn is used to identify objects for syncing.
