ON24

ON24 is a cloud-based platform used for delivering online webcast content. Using Workbooks Events, this integration can be used to streamline the process of reporting on your webcast delivery and it’s performance directly in CRM.

This integration allows you to carry out the following actions within the ON24 platform, all from within Workbooks CRM:

  • Create Webcasts
  • Create Event Attendees as ON24 Registrants
  • Synchronise Webcast Attendance and Questions back to Workbooks after a Webcast has completed

NOTE: Whilst we provide the ON24 integration capability for free, the purchase of additional licences for Workbooks Events is required. Please contact your Account Manager for further information in the first instance. An ON24 Webcast licence is also required, which must be purchased directly from ON24.
